Terms of Service.

01

Who we are

These terms are an agreement between you and Kai Brown, a sole proprietor based in Colorado (“we,” “us,” “our”). You can reach us at kai@kaibrown.co.

By purchasing any program or membership described below, you agree to these terms.

02

What we offer

The Missing Piece — $75 USD, one-time. A live introductory session.

The Three Week Experience — $667 USD, one-time. A three-week group program built around weekly teaching calls, group practice sessions, and support in scheduling your own one-to-one sessions.

Community Membership — $333 USD per month, recurring. Ongoing access to group practice sessions and the ongoing community. Membership begins at the conclusion of your Three Week Experience cohort and continues monthly until you cancel.

Specific session times, formats, and frequency may change as the programs develop. We’ll tell you in advance when they do.

03

Payment authorization

When you purchase the Three Week Experience, you authorize us to save your payment method and to charge it for Community Membership as set out below.

What you’re agreeing to. You authorize us to initiate a payment, and a series of subsequent payments, on your behalf using the payment method you provide at checkout, without further action from you at the time of each payment.

Timing and frequency. Your first Community Membership charge occurs at the conclusion of your Three Week Experience cohort. After that, you are charged once per month on that same date, continuing until you cancel.

Amount. Community Membership is $333.00 USD per month. The amount is fixed and does not vary with usage. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before any change to the membership price, and you may cancel before a new price takes effect.

Cancellation. You may cancel at any time by emailing kai@kaibrown.co. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access through the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again. Cancelling does not refund payments already processed.

How your card is stored. Your payment method is stored securely by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.

04

Refunds

The Missing Piece ($75). Fully refundable at any time before the session. Email us and we’ll refund you, no questions asked.

The Three Week Experience ($667). Fully refundable if you withdraw before the first teaching call of your cohort. Email us before that call and we’ll refund you in full. Once your cohort’s first call has taken place, the payment is non-refundable.

Community Membership ($333/month). Monthly payments are non-refundable once processed. You may cancel at any time to stop future charges.

05

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we may automatically retry it over the following days. If it continues to fail, we may suspend or end your membership access. We’ll email you if this happens.

Please keep your payment method current. If your card expires or is replaced, update it with us before your next billing date.

06

The nature of this work

Our programs are coaching and education.

They are not therapy, counseling, medical care, mental health treatment, psychiatric care, legal advice, or financial advice, and they are not a substitute for any of those. We are not licensed to provide them.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or a medical emergency, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services.

We don’t guarantee any particular outcome, result, income, or change in your circumstances. What you get from this work depends substantially on what you bring to it.

07

Your responsibilities

You agree to give accurate information at signup, to keep your payment method current, and to treat other participants with respect. Sessions are group settings that depend on trust — please keep what others share in them confidential.

We may end your access without refund for conduct that harms other participants.

08

Materials

Anything we share as part of a program or membership — recordings, written materials, frameworks — is for your own personal use. Please don’t record sessions, redistribute materials, resell them, or publish them without our written permission.

09

Your information

We collect your name, email address, phone number, and payment information in order to run the programs and process payments. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. We don’t sell your information.

10

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make a material change to pricing or billing, we’ll notify you by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing your membership after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

11

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.
